Innovation in practice: the first major collaboration between PERI Create and KERN Tunnel Technology
At the heart of the project is a special drilling rig developed for the River Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project, a major infrastructure initiative in Australia. This is the final 10.5 km section of the North-South Corridor and will complete a 78 km long, traffic light-free highway between Gawler and Old Noarlunga.
Upon completion, drivers will be able to bypass 21 traffic lights thanks to two tunnels connected by an open highway.
